 Velvet Sessions is a “special invite only” rock n roll cocktail party held in the hotel’s Velvet Bar and lobby lounge the last Thursday of every month. Each "Session" showcases a different type of beverage theme for members to sip, shoot or guzzle along with fabulous food to devour and great live music from Orlando’s and the nation’s best rock bands. Since it’s debut in January 2002, Velvet Sessions has become a major hit with the elbow-rubbing crowd of Orlando!

Foghat, Foreigner, Eddie Money, The Fix, Flock of Seagulls, Joan Jett, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Loverboy, Cheap Trick & more!
